RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days from original shipping date, unused and in original condition, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are also happy to make exchanges provided we have the desired item(s) in stock. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return and write us explicit instructions indicating whether you want a refund, store credit, or an exchange for an alternate item.
Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.
TAX: Orders bought within California, or being shipped to California will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped via USPS the next business day, following credit card authorization. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday.
